Wolverine Human Services (WHS) is one of the largest social service agencies in Michigan. Historically, WHS had not relied on marketing programs as the primary source of revenue was through State-based funding and contracts. As the competition for funding and contracts increased, WHS started to explore additional marketing initiatives and techniques to drive growth of their brand and overall community impact.
Distinct Life was hired to play the role of “Chief Creative Officer” for WHS and to transform the overall brand look, feel, and voice for WHS across digital media channels. Over a period of 12 months, Distinct Life led a number of initiatives including WHS brand refresh, development of new brand marks for WHS subsidiary companies, social media strategy development, and day-to-day social media management.
